15 candidates obtain straight A’s in STPM 2003



The fifteen high achievers

215 candidates sat for STPM in 2003, 85 were from Science Stream and 130 were from Arts Stream. Although the percentage of passes 96.28% is slightly lower than that of 2002, the quality has increased tremendously from only four students getting 4 straight A’s in 2002 to 15 in 2003. They are Lee Hin Weng, New Boon Poh, Tan Eng Joo, Yeoh Seok Theng, Teoh Soo Huat, Teh Ya Loon, Chee Ling Wei, Chor Kean Fuai, Tan Hoay Ee, Tan Yong Keat, Choon Choay Yim, Lim Ling See, Ivan Teoh Choo Choon, Chuah Hanxen and Liza Lui.

The results were released officially in the school hall at 11.00 am this morning.

14 candidates obtain three A’s. They are Yeoh Kah Keong, Low Pei Ling, Yeoh Thean Chye, Jacqueline Ng, Andre C. Filmer, Lau Chew Yong, Lee Eng Keong, Lim Keow Gee, Tan Boon Hwa, Tan Chun Joo, Chee Lay Fang, See Jooi Hong, Chan Chee Keong and Ooi Ming Harm.
